WHAT IS MY YES?
Connecting people, helping companies attract talent and supporting them both in their growth. That is my ‘Yes’ and the common thread throughout my career.
I am curious by nature. My childhood dream was to become an ‘explorer’.
After completing my Masters in Commercial Engineering, I spent a year travelling around Latin America.
Upon my return, I somewhat accidentally ended up in the world of HR consulting and headhunting. I was one of the founding members of Merit Select, a niche player in permanent recruitment of finance and consulting professionals. For more than 25 years, I put my heart and soul into this fascinating story. It was a job that allowed me to combine my curiosity, my broad interests, my eagerness to learn and my passion for people and business. This is how I finally became a bit of an explorer: of people, companies, talents, jobs, dreams,... ;-)
In the summer of 2022, we closed the doors of Merit Select. After a sabbatical, a new project quickly emerged: ‘Finding The Yes’.
I strongly believe in the value of the right match: the right people in the right place. Everyone benefits when individuals within an organization can utilize and explore their talents while being allowed to fully be their authentic selves. In my view, this is the foundation for growth, better results, and greater happiness and well-being at work. For me, this is the future of sustainable work and healthy, fulfilling careers.
With 'Finding the Yes,' I want to use all my experience and talents to contribute to this vision.

WHAT FUELS MY YES AND MAKES IT GROW
Fascinated by personal growth and leadership development, I have attended various trainings and workshops in recent years. Along the way I’ve filled my backpack with wisdom and insights from Solution Focused Coaching, Holding Space, Voice Dialogue, NLP and bodywork. An interesting learning path that has given me additional tools in my work as an HR-Consultant and Coach.
At the same time, I remain the passionate traveler who loves being outdoors and on the move, cherishing the awe-inspiring beauty of nature, words and images that touch the soul, meaningful connections, and the simplicity and purity of life. This passion is reflected in my role as a guide and host for the walking retreat “Walk on the Wild Side” on the Greek island of Naxos, in collaboration with I Ousia.
